Meet the people whose books you have read for a long time. Do not forget to bring books that your favourite authors can sign. For these reasons, we have found you 6 upcoming book conventions in 2025 in the USA. Your location should not stop you from attending these meetings, however. Canada is closer to these locations than you think and the things you will learn make the ticket price worth it if you are coming from the Philippines. 6 Upcoming 2025 Book Conventions

1. BLC25: The Book LoversCon is an annual book conference that seeks to connect readers with famous writers. In the 3-day event that takes place in Las Vegas between May 15th to May 17th, you can meet writers such as Melody Anne, Carolyn Brown and several other famous writers whose books you must have come across. At BLC25, you get to look these success stories in the eyes, sign your copy of their books and get to hear from them. Exciting, no?
2. Knoxville Book Festival: Whether you are an avid reader or a writer, this festival and convention is meant for you to make new friends who share similar interests, meet your heroes and engage in discussions with upcoming writers. The KBF will be held from April 5th to 6th at the Knoxville Convention Centre. There you can meet famous writers such as Charlaine Harris, the writer of the Sookie Stackhouse series that inspired the HBO hit television series, True Blood, and James Dashner, the author of the Maze Runner and Maze Cutter series, adapted by Fox/Disney into cinema hits.
3. The Florida Antiquarian Book Fair: What is better than getting books? Getting old books. Ranging from classics by Charles Dickens, George Orwell or Ernest Hemingway, the Florida Antiquarian Book Fair offers readers and writers a chance to purchase these antiques in what is considered Southeastern United States’ oldest book fair for antiques. The fair starts on March 1st and ends on the 2nd so you have a fast decision to make.
4. Wind and Windy Book Event: Hosted by Nicole Huffman and Michelle Mankin, Wind and Windy Book Event is an annual book convention for readers and writers to meet one another and connect over the literary world. The event is held in three different cities on different dates. The Wind and Windy Vegas Book Event is slated for October 17-18 while the Wind and Windy Chicago Book Event is held from May 9-10. The Phoenix event was held in February.
5. AWP Annual Conference and Bookfair: Attended by thousands of readers, writers, editors, publishers and reviewers every year, the Association of Writers and Writing Programs (AWP) conference is the book convention you need to attend in USA this year. The event itself will be held in Los Angeles from March 26-29.
6. The San Antonio Book Festival: Hosted in San Antonio, Texas, the book festival and convention features presentations by famous authors, panel discussions, networking and book signings. The festival takes a single day, April 12th, but the relationships you will build there will prove to be important to your careers.
